Pro Se From Hellr

If you want your rights,  you must claim them.  Maintaining a free society requires constant vigilance and effort.  We are dedicated to providing the tools, practices and procedures you will need to claim your rights and insure that your public officials abide by them.

Arrest

If you have been arrested, you can be relatively sure that most every right you have has been violated.  The criminal justice system is simply out of control.  The following questionnaire will help you evaluate your arrest from a due process perspective and give you things you can do to set things to right.

Legal 101

The criminal justice system in America is simply out of control.  Here you will find a book I wrote about how things really work as opposed to "all the crap you lerned in high school."  It needs updating and some refinements but I am so swamped I haven't been able to get to all of it.  I will update it as time permits.

Legal 101

Professionial Conduct Complaints

Use their own tools against them.

The link below will take you to a treatise on procedural due process in Texas (We are from Texas so naturally we know it's law best.  We will get to other states as time and funds permit).  Check the codes against your state as they all follow the federal requirements.  No state that I have looked at follows their code.  Checking out what we have here will give the basics you can then adjust to your state.

Bar Grievance

Judicial Conduct Complaints

Police Complaints

Lawyers are low hanging fruit.  If you file a grievance against a lawyer the state bar will throw it in the trash, but their insurance carrier will not.  They will stick it up them and break it off in them.

Bar Grievance

If you file a judicial conduct complaint against a judge, the state commission on judicial conduct will get that complaint and throw it in the trash and that, like with bar grievances is a good thing.

Judicial Conduct Page

If you file a professional conduct complaint agaisnt a peace officer you can guess what your state commission will do with it and you are right, that is also a good thing.

The Electronic Lawyer Project

We have developed a technology whereby we can extract the entire expertise of an expert then deliver it to a novice in the form of an online, interactive, questionnaire.  We are melding organic intelligence with artificial.  Below are links to some examples of our questionnaires.  These questionnaires will examine your situation then produce an audit of your case.
It is not polished and not even finished but we have hear half a million questions in the database now so it is a good start.  Click some of the links to try them out then, if you find value, check out our Go Fund Me site and help us flesh out the final steps.
It is our intent to make this available to the general public for free.  It is time we took our legal system back and this tool will help us do that.

The Best Fight to Have is the One You Picked
Defendending yourself against criminal charges can be exceptionally stressful.  Public officials are only to happy to take you on when they are the ones who started the fight.  It is a whole other animal when you are the complainant and they are the defendants.    Below, we will demonstrate some ways to turn the tables.

Prodecural Due Process

Here you will find an overview if procerdural due process.  This is presented in Texas law but this essentially follows the federal requirements so most states will be very similar.  As I get time I will write them for other states

Procedural Due Process

Blank Criminal Complaint

I only have this one but, as time permits, I will add complaints for other states.  This is how it works.  Ask a public official to do something they will not want to do but are commanded by law to do.  When they don't, file against them.

Criminal Complaint

Magistrate Suit

This will make them crazy.
If a public official fails to perform a duty s/he is commanded to perform, that is a crime and is an act outside of scope for which you can sue them, even judges.

Suit Against Magistrate

Blank Criminal Complaint

I only have this one but, as time permits, I will add complaints for other states.  This is how it works.  Ask a public official to do something they will not want to do but are commanded by law to do.  When they don't, file against them.

Criminal Complaint

Official Misconduct

Here you will find a blank Official Misconduct Complaint.  When an official refused to perform a statutory duty, pull this one out and lay it on them.

16.17 Order

In Texas, in order for the court to have jurisdiction, there must be an order issued by a magistrate under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 16.17.   The do everything wrong. You can help fix that.

15.16 Challenge

Private Membership Association

Doing what we do tends to make us a few enemies who like to casue as much caois as possible.  To avoid the bots and creepy web crawlers, we have put our important and participatory stuff behind a private membership site.   It is only $10 a month, but that is enough to keep worst of the web out and the site working.

Welcome!

If you file a professional conduct complaint against a public official, the regulatory agency will take your complaint and throw it in the trash, and that is a good thing.  It is a good thing because, their insurance or bond carrier knows they will throw it in the trash.  So, how do they gauge their level rise, by valid complaints?  They throw them all in the trash; by the numbers.  By filing professional conduct complaints, you raise their insurance premiums and that makes them crazy.
